We remodel everything from compact guest baths to spa-style primary suites, and we're glad to build in aging-in-place features that keep the space working for years to come. It's the biggest kind of project we take on, and the one where our hands-on management matters most.

Home Additions

Need more space but love where you live? Our additions give you the extra room without the for-sale sign, from rear bump-outs to second-story pop-ups to a brand-new primary suite. We design them to match your existing home and handle the zoning and permitting that come with building in the DC Metro area.

Our Process

1 | Consultation
Everything starts with a conversation, usually right in your home. Michael walks the space with you, listens to what you're hoping to change, and gets a real feel for how you live. It's also where we make sure we're the right fit for each other, because the best projects are built on mutual trust. You'll leave that first meeting with clarity, not a hard sell. 
2 | Design & Planning
Once we understand your goals, we map out the scope, budget, and direction together. When your project needs architectural plans, we connect you with our trusted independent architect, who works with you directly. You stay in control of the selections and the big decisions at every step. The result is a plan that fits your home, your taste, and your budget before a single wall comes down.
3 | Construction
This is where the transformation happens, and where Michael stays personally involved. We schedule, manage, and inspect the work ourselves, coordinating vetted licensed subcontractors and keeping you in the loop the whole way through. You'll always know what's happening and what's coming next. When we're done, it should feel less like a renovation and more like the home you always pictured.
