Low-Risk Payment Schedule
It is a common practice for general contractors to require an upfront deposit of 25%-30% of the total fixed price cost for a remodeling project. With Managed Renovations, you pay deposits (when required) only as each trade or subcontractor starts their work on the project (with progress payment s as their work proceeds), so less monies committed prior to the work being completed. In addition, we provide access to our clients to our wholesale sources to allow them to secure exceptional prices for their selections of lighting/plumbing fixtures, kitchen cabinets, countertops, tile selections, and more.
