Initially, your Managed Renovations Project Manager will connect you with qualified, experienced, licensed, and insured subcontractors. We then provide and facilitate the necessary contracts to be executed between you, as the homeowner/GC, and the subcontractors. Using our client accessible, web-based, scheduling tools, your Project Manager then develops the schedules for, and provides the on-site supervision of, all of the subcontractors through the completion of your project!
